Parties to Agreement These Terms of Service govern all purchase and browsing activities between SLAKKLAKRA HOUSE PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller"), operating website Vivelook, and all individual consumers accessing and placing orders on this website (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer"). The registered business address of Seller is 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD, #04-16, PAYA LEBAR SQUARE, SINGAPORE 409051, official contact email: support@shturl.cc/ipjBA. All users who enter, browse or complete checkout on the site automatically confirm acceptance of all clauses within these terms.

Product & Pricing Specification All swimwear, beachwear, vacation apparel, footwear and matching accessories displayed on Vivelook are official retail commodities sold by the Seller. All displayed prices are final retail prices denominated in US Dollars, excluding applicable consumption tax and cross-border delivery freight unless specified with free-shipping tags. The Seller reserves the right to adjust product prices for seasonal promotion without prior notification, and confirmed paid orders shall follow the pricing shown at checkout without subsequent price revision. All product pictures are for reference only, slight fabric and color difference caused by display device is not deemed as product quality defect.

Payment Rules Buyer may complete settlement via all payment methods supported by Stripe on checkout page, including mainstream international credit cards and compliant electronic payment channels. After successful payment, the order cannot be arbitrarily modified or canceled unless the Seller confirms approval of cancellation application submitted via official support email before goods arrangement. The Seller only charges payment through official website checkout channel, no off-site private transfer payment is accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Boundary Detailed delivery regulations are specified separately within independent Shipping Policy document. Seller will arrange commodity shipment within stipulated working period after payment confirmation, delivery delay caused by uncontrollable logistics factors including natural disaster, customs inspection or regional transport restriction shall not constitute Seller’s liability for breach of contract.

Return & Refund Regulation All return, exchange and refund requirements shall comply with the independent Return Policy clauses released on this website. Buyer must follow specified application procedure and time limit to submit return request; any returned goods must maintain unused, original packaging intact condition to qualify for refund approval.

Intellectual Property Right All website text, product photos, layout design and brand content belong to SLAKKLAKRA HOUSE PTE. LTD. exclusive intellectual property. Any unauthorized copy, download, commercial reproduction or secondary use of site content without written consent from the company is prohibited, the Seller reserves legal recourse for infringement loss.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from or related to this website and services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

Terms Revision Clause SLAKKLAKRA HOUSE PTE. LTD. reserves the right to revise these service terms irregularly, updated clauses will take effect once published on website footer, continuous browsing and shopping after revision release represents user’s recognition of updated regulations.
