Return policy

Eligible Return Time Limit Buyer can submit return or exchange application via official email support@wowartspace.com within 30 calendar days counting from the date of parcel receipt. Any application beyond the above time frame will not be accepted unless confirmed with special written consent from our customer service team.

Return Goods Condition Requirement All items for return must stay unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original labels and complete original packaging intact. Customized products, goods with obvious damage caused by buyers and intimate apparel that cannot be resold due to hygiene issues are not eligible for regular returns.

Application & Shipping Cost Rule Buyer needs to state the return reason and attach clear product photos in the application email. Returns due to product quality issues or incorrect delivery will have return shipping costs covered by SLAKKLAKRA HOUSE PTE. LTD. If returns are caused by personal preference or wrong size selection, the buyer shall bear all return freight.

Refund Processing Rule After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned qualified goods, the corresponding payment will be fully or partially refunded to the buyer's original payment account via the original settlement channel within 7 to 10 working days. The actual arrival time of the refund depends on the settlement rules of the payment institution.

Partial Non-Returnable Range Discounted clearance goods marked as final sale on product pages do not support regular returns. Relevant rules will be clearly stated on corresponding product details in advance.
