Return policy
Effective Date: April 12, 2026
1. Eligible Return Time Limit
Buyer can submit return or exchange application via official email support@wowartspace.com within 30 calendar days counting from the date of parcel receipt. Any application beyond the above time frame will not be accepted unless confirmed with special written consent from company customer service.
2. Return Goods Condition Requirement
All items for return must stay unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original label and complete original packing intact. Products with customized modification, obvious user damage or hygiene-affected intimate apparel category are excluded from regular return eligibility.
3. Application & Shipping Cost Rule
Buyer needs to describe return reason with attached clear commodity pictures in application email. For returns caused by Seller-side quality defect or wrong item delivery, return outbound shipping cost is undertaken by RUSTLER HATS LLC; returns due to buyer’s personal preference or improper size selection, return freight shall be covered by purchaser.
4. Refund Processing Rule
After our warehouse receives and inspects returned qualified goods, full or partial corresponding payment will be refunded to buyer’s original payment account via the initial checkout settlement channel within 7 to 10 working days. Refund arrival progress follows the capital settlement schedule of user’s original payment institution.
5. Partial Non-Returnable Range
Discounted clearance special goods marked as final sale on product page are not applicable to regular return policy, relevant description will be noted on corresponding product detail in advance.
